The University of Wales Trinity Saint David has established their additional block i.e.,
Salisbury House. For instance, this newly established building block of university is situated near
the main block of that particular University. In order to execute the process of project
management in an effective manner, infrastructure of the building block will take into account
for further evaluation. Therefore, it will ensure effective and efficient completion of the same in
order to contribute additional values towards respective business organisation.

additional space for increasing number of students by providing them with more number of
rooms within University Campus.

faculty office, kitchenette, etc. in order to provide facilities to increasing number of
students.

building block in such a manner that it fulfils needs and requirements of respective
University.
 To serve increasing number of students with sufficient amount of resource in order to

there are various success factors associated with respective university in carrying out the
mentioned project which are as follows:

 Presence of skilled and professional workforce that contributes additional values towards
the same.
 With consideration of clarity in business aims and objectives, it allows workforce in
being aimed at the same (Kerzner, 2018).

Referring to above mentioned information, establishment of a suitable building block is
the primary aim of the determined project in order to fulfil need and requirements of increasing
number of students or learners in University. There are various different essential parameters in
the determined project which are as follows;
 Time: The time incurred in completion of the mentioned project plays a crucial role as it
is directly connected with cost or budget of that particular business organisation. For
instance, the increase in time for completion of project directly influences cost incurred in
the same.
 Cost: Each and every project organised in a business have a certain amount of budget

needs and requirements. In addition to that, it is developed according to their financial
ability of spending upon a particular project.

budget limit the Sailsbury House project can be affected. The resources are not managed
properly when the budget is not sufficient. Therefore, the given project must create a balance
between quality and cost. The economic constraints also comprise the level of competition in the
education field and about the local workforce and rules of taxation.

These constraints are related to the rules and regulations related to the given project and it
consists of various laws such as safety requirements, employment laws, and many others.

stakeholders include government, society, and higher authorities.
 High power and high interest: Teachers, staffs and professors, and university
management fall into this category since they have a lot of power and a lot of interest.
These stakeholders contribute funds and have a high degree of interest in the project,
which has a significant impact on its success. As a result, they have a lot of interest and
influence, and they need to be controlled properly.

 Vice President: A vice president's function within a university is to assist the president
in managing and accessing the campus's activities after a pandemic. Working with the
deans to plan, execute, and co-ordinate the college's educational creativities.
 Department heads- Within the university, the department head's role in the project is to
lead, develop, and manage the campus's development to ensure that it meets the highest
standards of excellence in providing information about the delivery of lectures to the
learners. It should also preserve the department's students' and staff's discipline.
 Staffs: In the framework of the given project, the primary responsibility of staff is to
deliver lectures to university students. They are also in charge of academic advising,
student counselling, and curriculum development through evaluation, among other things.

Work breakdown structure- This strategy is aimed at breaking down the entire work into
smaller parts in order to be assigned to different employees according to their skills and abilities.
