Part A
1. Usefulness of using legal obligation
During the design and development of any project the organizations are required to
follow specific legal obligations. A project would face major issues if they fail to follow Trade
Practice Act 1974 that was outmoded by the competition and consumers ACT launched in 2011,
1st January and it is the content of Australian Consumer’s Law.
It provides standard form of consumer’s contracts with a guaranteed consumer right law
while they buy products or avail services from the organizations. It contains rules of lay by
agreement and also provides a national level safety law and enforcement systems. Moreover, the
legal obligations guide the project team members to conduct a fair business level practice,
advertisement practices and marketing practices. Apart from this, a large project can obtain

conducted under the supervision of assigned project manager and system designer.
