INTRODUCTION
The project management is based on the different working aspect within which the all the
associated task and activities are performed with more perfection so that appropriate outcomes
are conceived in timely basis. The project is managed and controlled as per the suitability of
objectives within which various parameters are considerate and it also assist to make positive
shift within the working standard so that affordable endings is persuade with more easiness. It is
basically based on the effective inducement of all the different strategies so that all the team
members has performed their roles and responsibilities with better appropriateness (Abyad,
2018). It is also be used to generate and creative suitable outcomes as while organising,
developing, monitoring and controlling different activities so that moderate outcomes are
developed in effective manner. In this both initiation and ending of project is considerate so that
appropriate result is developed and that produces collective benefits to the business. It also
provides more accuracy to the employees by which accomplishment of target and goals become
more easy and flexible. The project below is based on the health food items that is used to make
balanced diet through which adequate amount of vitamins and protein is provided to the
customers. The report includes PRINCE 2 model so as to make suitable control and execution on
all the performed task. In addition self reflection that is used to analyse the competency of
execution.

ending is processed with more comfort. In this it is essential that all the task and actions are
completed within the allocated budget and timeline so that more profit is developed in systematic
