capabilities are getting enlarged in sustained way. I have also uses various communication
techniques so as to transfer the adequate information and by making balanced coordination with
the other member of team. In support of it also uses leadership styles so that easy influencing is
processed by which all the members has felt more motivated and encouraged by which
authenticity is maintained in sustained manner. The critical and analytical thinking also helped to
take some prior decisions so that affordable changes and attained in easiest manner. The
management of project requires better and smooth working so that stress management is also
attained s that sustained level of improvisation is induced by which constrained outcome are
conceived in prominent mode. PRINCE 2 model assist to make successful interpretation of
changes so that working is addressed with more sufficiency. There is some recommendations as
well as like the manager has assigned duties to all the members by which working efficiency is
