Part A
Stakeholder 1: Buyer – The main prospective which is related to the buyer is that
they can easily indulge into the different buying over the concept of the product. The main
aspect which can be related to the concept is the privacy and the safety of the personal
information of the user (Layton & Ostermiller, 2017). They can be considered as one of the
most important stakeholders in the concept. The buyer directly indulge into the working of
the organization as they directly alter the internal as well external working of the
organization. It should be a focus point and the alteration of the business planning and the
working (Kerzner & Kerzner, 2017).
Stakeholder 2: Designer – The concept which is applied to the aspect of the designer
is selling of the product online without any store involved in the process. The main issue
which is related to the aspect is that it is very much hard to convince the user to buy the
product online. This can be considered as one of the most important sector which directly
play a role in the mind of the customer so that they have an urge to involvement into the
concept.
Stakeholder 3: Competitor – The main prospective of the aspect is that the
competitive advantage of the sector of the business can be increased with keeping track of the
competitors. The competitors can be very much important due to it buffers the normal
working of the organization so that they gain advantage. The competition play a very vital
role as it alters the normal working of the organization. As the field of competition it can be
stated that the working of the organization would be directly delivering the desired sector of
the business planning (Layton & Ostermiller, 2017).
Stakeholder 4: Companies – The main functionality of the companies is to directly
inform the customers about the new product which has been launched. This is majorly done

improvement of the structure of the business.
Part B
The estimation of the time in this context can be stated be around 90 days. The period
would be important for the implementation of the business prospective and the framing of the
different prospective of the project. IT status of the implementation time depends on the
aspect of response of the system and how it is going to interact with the existing
infrastructure of the organization.
The aspect of human resource involves the different member who actively participate
in the implementation of the system. They majorly involve the different members such as the
project manager, team workers and the stakeholders. They directly involve into the different
working of the project which is majorly focused on the aspect of determining the team role
and achieving the desired standard of the project. In most of the situation it should be stated
that it should be goal oriented approach (Kerzner & Kerzner, 2017). The human resource
aspect can be very much important as it involves the direct working of the organization.
Part C
The organization of the work should be done according to the requirement of the
project. As a project manager there should be an initial requirement which is related to the
aspect of delivering the basic goal of the project. It should be taken into consideration that the
companies enters into the international market of the P&G into the Indian market and the
buying of the different behavior (Layton & Ostermiller, 2017). The main strategy which is
planned for the organization is the international strategy which is related to the schedule,
potential risk, cost and stakeholder. Most of the plan which is related to the concept is related
to the linking of the business organization to the aspect of the business which is very much
