1. Project charter
1.1 Description of the project
The paper mainly focuses on Time Inc which is an international firm and the committee
of the firm have decided to implement Time sheets system in various software centres for
understanding how time is generally utilized across various centres while undertaking the
project. The main aim of the project committee is to properly capture various types of project
metrics like resource optimization, quality cost as well as embedded project management.
Moreover, the organization wants to use the system with ERP system for giving proper visibility
of all the project across different centres. The main task is to suggest a time sheet system which
will meet all the requirements of the project. Furthermore, the entire project will gets
accomplished in 8-month time span by using $2,500,000
