G1. After five week of the project execution it has been determine that the team engagement is deteriorating mainly for remote team members. In order to improve the situation the project team supervisor should implement an appropriate communication strategy. Advanced communication strategy will help the project team members to keep themselves to their job responsibilities and roles. It will also help the associates to become good speaker as well as a good listener. Both verbal and written communication are helpful for overall organizational and project success. Open communication will provide an independent platform to the project team members to make sure that they are successfully sharing all the ideas and creativity to each other. Besides communication, process change management and project management method application are the best suited way that will help to improve the current operational and functional situation. The change management process that are to be implemented by the project team associates for scenario improvement include process analysis, process improvement, redefining process and process measurement. It will improve the overall operational and functional business processes. Not only this but also, the project team members will feel much engaged to their assigned roles and responsibilities if the communication proves is improved. In other words, it can be said thatn

Besides proper communication the other thing that has been identified by the project manager and team members are no such timely updates regarding the project status. If the project status is found to be not at all clear to the owner and other project associates then the application will also not be conducted as per the requirement. The small adjustments that could reduce the issues of different project status reporting are motivating the project team members, inspiring team members, development of community, and creation of people driving policies. It has been determined that proper project management prcatices and use of accurate project knowledge areas will improve the project stats reporting format. The other aspects on which the project supervisor and the team members needs to give their focus are infographs, objective setting, real time application, analysis and adoption, In addition to this, the other ways that needs to be followed by the project associates to improve the scenario include use of real time online data, use of printed reports, raw numbers and visual representations. These data can be updated both manually and using software as well. Therefore, in order to improve the identified risks and likelihood the associates must use proper software instead of manual status reporting.The software must be used because it will help to save time and other operational efforts, Apart from that it can also give opportunities like data backup and disaster recovery. In addition to this, reward and employees incentive structure is needed to be improved to improve the overall operational and functional activities.
