The paper mainly reflects on the principles of project management that is mainly applied
for redeveloping an app for Uber drivers for providing directive approach to the drivers and for
giving them the facility of simple as well as fastest driving experience. The paper analyses the
PMBOK knowledge areas as well as processes and generally helps in creating proper impact on
the practices of project management. The paper also compares various approaches of project
management for successfully executing the project. In addition to this, proper project
management tools as well as techniques are utilized in order to manage the risks that are faced by
the project team while developing the app.

Relevance and impact of project management best practices and PMI’s code of ethics
The redevelopment of app for the Uber drivers will generally act as one of the personal
coach. It is found that the utilization of proper project management practices as well as PMI’S
code of ethics as per the PMBOK knowledge areas are generally needed. The first and the most
important practice that must be adopted within the app development project is defining scope and
