Project Mission
The mission of this project is to make sure that each step in the system development life cycle is
adhered to and completed successfully. The main mission is to ensure that the team members
have succeeded in the implementation of this project without any hindrances or any obstacles
within the system development process. (Lee, and Xia, 2010).
Project Scope
This project focuses on the implementation of ICT infrastructure in every institution to ensure
that the education sector is boosted through ICT. Therefore, the project is dealing with education
and ICT so that the learners can utilize new technologies in their research and development
studies which will help them boost their skills in various sectors. My School will ensure that
equipped ICT labs are put up in every school to help the students while carrying out their
research and development studies.
Project development model
The project development process was designed to be completed in different phases. There are a
total of seven phases which are supposed to be undertaken in order for it to be completed
successfully. It includes the following phases; (Greer, and Hamon, 2011)
1. Planning phase: in this phase of project development the team members focuses on the
idea so as to find ways which consumes the most minimal budget for the system to be
implemented. The problem is identified and put in the table for the discussion. The team
debate on how the problem is going to be solve. In this case the team will put down all
the problems existing in the existing system and compare it with the proposed solution.

2. System analysis and requirements: in this phase of project development process the team
will focus on all the materials that are required for the implementation of the project. The
team will carry out a small research to collect all the required data and materials and
estimate the actual budget in which the system development process may incur
3. System Design: after all the requirements have been collected and analyzed, project team
members are then given sometime to discuss on how the system is going to look like. The
flow layout of information is designed such that it will have the direct flow from the
tactical level management all the way to the operational level management
4. Coding and installation: coding is the actual process in which the necessary software
programs needed to be used in the lab is undertaken. These includes systems that can be
used to manage the lab system and monitor how the students are utilizing the idea.
5. Implementation: implementation is the process in which the system is being deployed to
be utilized by the system users. This is the process in which the students are ask to use
the system and enjoy its privileges.
6. Integration and Testing: the developed system will be integrated with other systems and
tested for its functionality. All the components will be checked if they have been installed
correctly.
7. Operations and Maintenance: ways in which the system can be made reliable to its
users are designed and system maintenance will be undertaken so that the system can be
made sustainable to the users.
