Introduction
Project management refers to an action which provide knowledge, beliefs, skills,
thoughts, facts. This can delivered value for person and it also uses many tools to meet with
desired task (Amoako-Gyampah and et.al., 2021). Basically, it opt certain process which is
beneficial for accomplish organisation task. This essay considers transport for London case,
which brings lands for creating 800 homes in life.

This present assignment is based on 800 home in real life which can help in
improving business reputation in the market. This cycle of plan can be used by few group
which is eagerly to accomplish organisation goal. The main aim of company is to make an
structure which assist to develop brand image. Following procedure can be used by TFL for
performing task:
Waterfall: It refer a way that emphasize work in a sequence form or collaborative
manner. This model is used for TFL, it helps in clarify phase of certain consequences,
carrying plan, and support team. This stage is evaluating a plan that can develop of
homes. After this, design of programs can be made that define potential of each. Then
after, confirmation phase may arise that is used various resources that check by TFL.
At the end, organisation activities keep to fostering business target in effective
manner.
Scrum: This determine agile methods which may include small groups, who can
work upon reducing conflicts within workplace (Davidson, 2019). Basically, it is a
short life cycle which can conduct on daily basis. It concerned about development of
software and wants to get feedback from customer. This methodology including
various resource like inspection adoption etc. which can use to to check project
reliability. And by help of feedback it come up with changes which maintain image of
company.
