Also aproject is considered as temporary as it belongs a definite commencing and ending time. Theproject is also defined within a specific scope.At present day the project plan is considered as the very broad level of plan that is preparedinitially while there is the main focus on the scheduling. Contrary, the project management plan isconsidered as the detailed document which has dealt with how the part of the project. Under scenario as stated in the Dubai Project, the formal document has to be prepared with thepurpose as well as objectives by creating the project charter for carrying out the project.
