INTRODUCTION Project administration is basically a process that involvesinstallation, executionpreparation, carrying out as well as closing of tasks for achieving specific goals.. Key purposeof the undertaking management is achievingdesired goals within set time period. Italso has focus on analysing the roles as well as responsibilities of project manager. Theinterpersonal skills needed for managing the project will be highlighted. Main objective of businessis to make significant contribution towards develo9pment of society. An organisation intends toprovide the benefits as well as enrich society. The project require here is related to constructionof park. Present project is related to building the community gardens.. the main objective ofbuilding garden is to enables people to connect with nature. The mission is to strengthenneighbourhood by maintaining a community garden which provides common ground forneighbourhood members where people can interact and develop understanding about eachother. Other purpose of building park is to provide children with space where they can play andlearn about gardening procedure (Fewings and Henjewele, 2019). In addition to this, communitygarden will be utilise for the purpose of promoting the key messages of transition movement.The way garden will be managed will encourage people in society to learn about the techniqueswhich can be ap[plied for dealing with challenges faced by them due to climate change . Theother objectives of building the community garden is to generate nutritional awareness as wellas promoting healthy eating habits by promoting home gardening. In addition to this, other
intention of building the community park is to promote health as well as well being to peoplewith special type of necessity by providing them withaccessible gardening space, ergonomictools which can be helpful in relation to encouraging physical strength as well as mentalbalance.1.2 Producing undertaking sub- dissension Work breakdown structure is basically defined as the method of organising as well ascompleting work in work.
