INTRODUCTION
Project administration is basically a process that involves installation, execution
preparation, carrying out as well as closing of tasks for achieving specific goals.. Key purpose
of the undertaking management is achieving desired goals within set time period. Undertaking

The project here is related to the construction of community gardens for public especially

Present project is related to building the community gardens.. the main objective of
building garden is to enables people to connect with nature. The mission is to strengthen
neighbourhood by maintaining a community garden which provides common ground for
neighbourhood members where people can interact and develop understanding about each
other. Other purpose of building park is to provide children with space where they can play and
learn about gardening procedure (Fewings and Henjewele, 2019). In addition to this, community
garden will be utilise for the purpose of promoting the key messages of transition movement.
The way garden will be managed will encourage people in society to learn about the techniques
which can be ap[plied for dealing with challenges faced by them due to climate change . The
other objectives of building the community garden is to generate nutritional awareness as well
as promoting healthy eating habits by promoting home gardening. In addition to this, other

intention of building the community park is to promote health as well as well being to people
with special type of necessity by providing them with accessible gardening space, ergonomic
tools which can be helpful in relation to encouraging physical strength as well as mental

functional team structure has been used for organising workers. All the team members involved
in the project are characterised on the basis of their skills, as well as knowledge. Each group of
