Introduction
Project managements is the process of using a particular knowledge tools and techniques
and skills that helps in delivering value to the individuals. It is refers to the process in which
team led is needed at a time of work processes in order to achieve their goals and objectives of
project. As it is seen that very project is different from each other and it requires different
activities and task in order to complete this project (Brunet, 2021). If a goal of project is
accomplished then it may results in reaching in a good conclusion. This report is explaining
project management of transport for London. It is also known as Transport for London Plc. This
port consist of operational working which has to be taken into consideration in order to make 800
new houses in Acton.
Task 1
Project management methodologies
For completing this goal of project, it is to focus on various project management
methodologies which helps in using by a company. There are two types of methodologies such
which is used by Tfl to accomplish their goals (Rihar, Žužek, and Kušar, 2021). These
methodologies are discussed below :
Waterfall technique : It is a traditional methodology that is used in project management.
In relation with waterfall techniques, there are some of the phases and techniques that are used in
sequenced manner. It is important for project in every stage to complete prior to the project when
next level begins. This steps are used by Transport London plc at a time of using waterfall
methodology. This methodology is having probability of mistakes while mapping out in the
beginning itself.
Agile technique : This is a another methodology used by Transport for London plc. This
technique is introduced at a time of dissatisfactions which arise from traditional method project.
This agile technology is collaborative, quick and it driven the data changes (Yi, and MacDonell,
2021). This project management is involving the smaller phases that helps in facilitating frequent
testing.

Network diagram
Network diagram is a concept of graphical representation of a projects which is
connected with the help of arrows and boxes so that it helps in describing several activities
involved in the project. The boxes within network diagram represents the description of several
activities and task used in the project. On the other hand, arrows is standing for relationship
among the activities of a project. This network diagram is mapping out in the structure of
network which is having symbols and lines which is regarded as the accurate way to share their
layout (Li, Luo, and Cao, 2021). This visual representation helps the audience in understanding
better the activities and connection with the items.

It is analysed from the above diagram that best path for the completion of the project is
tends to achieve the organisational aims and objectives. Mangers of transport for London plc,
have a clear vision in accomplishment of the project goals and objectives. The short time in
which project can be completed is 1, 2, 4, 5, 9, 10, 21 and 22. the lowest time is 116 days.

Stakeholder analysis
The stakeholder analysis is refers to the process in which assessment of system ad
changes is done. In this information is useful for assessing the parties which are more interested
and which are not more interested (Jagtap, 2021). Systematic approach is a process of collecting
a qualitative information and determining the people who are interested in the organisation. This
consist of internal and external stakeholders.
Internal stakeholders are employees, owners, managers, It departments etc. on the other
hand external stakeholders are those who are living outside the business organisation. These are
customers, suppliers and event persons. The stakeholders analysis is consisting of four stages.
These are mentioned below :
High power low interest : The transport for London plc is is having some of the
stakeholders who are having high power and low interest. These are the managers and

committee members and customers of the project who is not having that much interest in
the organisation task and activities performed (Mackintosh, 2021).
Low power and high interest: This is the next quadrants of stakeholders who posses less
power and having high interest in the business project. These are organisers, suppliers,
trainer etc.
High power and high interest : This is the next quadrant which used for Transport for
London plc. In this, there are some of the stakeholders who are having high interest and
high power within project functions these are Executive, owner and SME etc.
Low power and low interest: This is the last quadrant in which some of the people are
having lower powers and lower interest within project function of the company. These
stakeholders are help desk and system admin etc.
Task 4
Work break down structure
The work break down structure is a refers to the project management which delivers
oriented breakdown structure which helps in dividing the tasks into smaller segments
(McDermott, Antony, and Douglas, 2021). It helps in working with a team and managing all the
tasks and activities effectively. WBS of Transport for London plc is mentioned below :

Risk analysis
This is refers to the concept in which potential issues and challenges are analysed in
relation with the negative impacts if they get from the project execution. This is like a
contingency plan which helps in mitigating risks and avoiding them that is being faced by
business of Transport for London plc (Neumann, Bogdanov, and Baumann, 2021). This is
discussed below :
