INTRODUCTION The project management is an process of directing working of team for achieving all the goals of project within the given time constraints. The information of project management is described in project documentation which is created in starting of development process. The prime constraints involved are scope, time, and budget. The purpose of project management is to produceancompleteprojectwhichcomplieswithobjectivesofclients.Theproject managements in the use of specific knowledge, skills, tools and techniques that delivers something value to people (Altahtooh, U.A. and Emsley, M.W., 2017). Each project is unique and different from routine operations of ongoing activities of an organisation. In the project different software are used which helps in improving business processes. The project is based on case study of Transport for London which develops land along Bollo Lane for creating more than 800 new homes in action. The TFL participates in the organised event where it will be funding for anniversary of G&S society. This study covers initiation, network diagram, stakeholder analysis, WBS, and risk analysis for productivity enhancement of project. Task 1 Methodologies The current projects is of TFL which is having an purpose of undertaking road projects for creating safe, greener and more attractive streets. The TFL is having project of creating 800 homes in action which develops organisation performance and activities. The activities are documented and integrated with the project plan procedure which helps in attaining companies objectives. The main objective was to improve the brand image by construing homes with organised structure(Galli, B.J., 2018). There are several methodologies managed by software in project management which improves productivity of organisation. The different methodologies in relation to TFL are as follows- Waterfall-Thisisusedintheprojectsoflikemanufacturing,constructionand engineering which provides project completion advantage. The TFL uses this model which involves stage of requirement, design implementing, verification and maintenance. In the first stage of requirement for constructing home product requirement is analysed by TFL after that design is implemented with the help of architect and functions are managed. For constructing homes all products, materials are checked and evaluated properly that they are with good quality 1
that is needed in construction time by TFL. In the last stage each and every project is maintained efficiently so that construction can be done effectively and profitability can be gained of TFL. SCRUM- This is an methodology of project development which is used for developing software and customer value is offered while project is performed. The Scrum helps in managing team and work is managed which can be also used for collective work. On the three principles this methodology is formed involving transparency, inspection, and adoption which supports in project completion effectively. In the transparency stage the TFL involves inputs, outputs and process of development(Germain, O. and Aubry, M., 2019). On the construction site inspection is taken regarding the product quality, material and requirements. In inspection feedback is also rendered. The TFL adopts changes in project if needed to gain the high performance and business case is developed. TASK 2 Develop a network diagram. In the project the network diagram is shown as chart with a series of boxes and arrows. This model is used to map out schedule and work sequence of project and progress is tracked through each stage. In the network diagram it allow project manager of TFL of tracking project elements and status is shared quickly with others. This benefits in establishing project workflow, trackingdependenciesandpotentialbottlenecks,visualrepresentationofprogressfor stakeholders. It is an graphical representation of activities and projects(Liu, D and et.al., 2018). The arrows shows relationship between several activities, and nodes represents the explanation of activities. In the context of the TFL the activities have starting and ending which is essential and shown in the network diagram of project. 2

It involves the participants and organisers who are considered important in running project but have low interest with high power to make necessary changes in project plan and receives fixed amount of remuneration(Thompson, K.M. and Williams, N., 2018).ï‚·Low power and high interest:In this project it is necessary to keep people inform and checking regularly that they are not facing nay problem in project. It involves those members with high power and low interest for running project. Investors are appropriate for TFL category in stakeholder analysis. ï‚·Low power and low interest:In this person are keep informed periodically which involves workers and customers as they work for their own satisfaction and to fulfil needs. In the context to TFL, if it is not able to satisfy the customer then they may lose the potential customers for the company. 5
