INTRODUCTION
Project management is an activity of serving function that need to be done when
overseeing the organizational performance. It include utilization of the certain techniques,
knowledge and skills. Project development practices are considered as exploring software that
intensify the business process, building construction, relief process and many more (Crawford,
2021). In every sector, it is essential to understand the project by analyzing surroundings and also
put effort in order to bring something innovative or new that could assist in rising the
organizational activities. This report is based on Transport for London in which it construct some
land with an intent to build approximately 800 new homes. This assignment will contain initiation,
the network diagram, stakeholder analysis, a work breakdown structure and risk analysis that help
to enhance the productivity of organization
TASK 1
Methodologies
In a project plan, activities are documented and integrated so that these can be used by
people when they practices to achieve their organizational goals. Main purpose of this project to
construct around 800 homes with a good structure and also organize the event successfully as it
will support the business to enhance its organizational reputation. In relation to TFL, different
methodologies can be used by respective firm. These methodologies are discussed here,
Waterfall- It is analyzed that people exploit different methodology or framework to
complete their project including manufacturing, construction and engineering. These methodology
help them by granted certain benefits at the end of project completion (Delisle, 2019). It consist
various stages including requirement, design implementation, verification and maintenance. In
context of respective firm,
in the phase of requirement, in order to design the product, it analyze product need when making
homes in which the software architecture is being exploited and oversees all the activities. In
second phase of the verification, products and other raw material are verified in order to perform
each function successfully. At last, in the phase of maintenance, it is exploited in order to maintain
all function and the project in effective way. With the help of this, profitability and productivity
can be enhanced by following all given stages and software effectively.

SCRUM- when constructing any project, this methodology is utilized so that software can
be created and value served to client's . it is exploited when work together after creating a group
or team and handling their work accordingly (Galli, 2018). There are three main principle such as
transparency, adaption and inspection which are very useful to complete the activities efficiently.
In transparency, TFL, catch the input and output as well as the development process course. At the
stage of inspection, they mainly focus on getting review or feedback based on certain projects. At
last, in adaption, they bring change sin given project and adopt them effectively. It will help them
to build the business by keeping their performance on top.
TASK 2
Develop a network diagram.
A network diagram is that graphic content which include aggregation of series of the
attached arrows and boxes with the intent to define an inter relationship between practices
entangled with project (Koke and Moehler, 2019). It is essential for people who overseeing
project and develop network diagram through handling the network documentation. Arrow in this
diagram, show a relationship among different practices, while boxes of nodes represent
explanation of the activities. It is significant for Transport for London to start or end activities.

This critical path shows that to complete this project some activities are discussed within the brief
which consume more time to be finished. Accordingly, evaluation, more time is over one week to
complete the project. In context of TFL, more time will be taken during this task 1, 2, 4, 5, 9, 10,
21 and 22. this project will take 116 day in order to complete successfully.
TASK 3
Stakeholder analysis
This analysis depict a techniques used by the project manager in order to understand the
stakeholder and also provide an orientation so that the task can be achieved easily. In this process
quantitative data are collected and analysed when performing a task or project that help in the
development of organisational performance (Ordoñez and et. al., 2019). In relation to TFL, its
conduct the stakeholder analyses effectively which state that which stakeholder perceives a high
interest and power. In context of the respective company, this analysis is given below:

High power high interest-It depict those stakeholder that contain a high interest with high
power to follow the regulation accordingly. In relation to TFL, it include government and
the town hall committee as they develop the rules and regulation so that they project
completed smoothly.
High power and low interest- In this category, organiser and participant run the entire
task as they have power to make essential changes in given project plan. In this amount of
the remuneration is fixed.
Low power and high interest- It include the the investors of TFL as they are the people
with high interest and low power.
Low power and low interest- This category include the customer and employees as
workers perform to satisfy the customer's demand and then get remuneration. In relation to
TFL, this company has lose its customer as they are not able to satisfy its customer.
