This report is based on Transport for London in which it construct some land with an intent to build approximately 800 new homes. This assignment will contain initiation, the network diagram, stakeholder analysis, a work breakdown structure and risk analysis that help to enhance the productivity of organization TASK 1 Methodologies In a project plan, activities are documented and integratedso that these can be used by people when they practices to achieve their organizational goals. Main purpose of this project to construct around 800 homes with a good structure and also organize the event successfully as it will support the business to enhance its organizational reputation. In relation to TFL, different methodologies can be used by respective firm. These methodologies are discussed here, Waterfall- It is analyzed that people exploit different methodology or framework to complete their project including manufacturing, construction and engineering. These methodology help them by granted certain benefits at the end of project completion(Delisle, 2019).It consist various stages including requirement,design implementation, verificationand maintenance. In context of respective firm, in the phase of requirement, in order to design the product, it analyze product need when making homes in which the software architecture is being exploitedand oversees all the activities. In second phase of the verification, products and other raw material are verified in order to perform each function successfully. At last, in the phase of maintenance, it is exploited in order to maintain all function and the project in effective way. With the help of this, profitability and productivity can be enhanced by following all given stages and software effectively.
SCRUM- when constructing any project, this methodology is utilized so that software can be created and value served to client's . it is exploited when work together after creating a group or team and handling their work accordingly(Galli, 2018).There are three main principle such as transparency, adaption and inspection which are very useful to complete the activities efficiently. In transparency, TFL, catch the input and output as well as the development process course. At the stage of inspection, they mainly focus on getting review or feedback based on certain projects. At last, in adaption, they bring change sin given project and adopt them effectively. It will help them to build the business by keeping their performance on top. TASK 2 Develop a network diagram. Anetwork diagram is thatgraphiccontentwhich includeaggregationof series of the attachedarrows and boxes with the intent to define an inter relationship between practices entangled with project(Koke and Moehler, 2019).It is essential for people who overseeing project and develop network diagram through handling the network documentation.
