INTRODUCTION
Project refers to the task of the company which is soon going to be initiated or already started by
the company. Management of a project refers to the guides which helps the project manager in
completing and managing the activities required to complete the project successfully. In order to
manage the project effectively and efficiently, it is important to give attention to details of the
project which can provide benefit or loss to the project or the company (Otra-Aho and et. al.,
2019). In context to Transport for London, it is a company which are undertaking the projects
related to road constructions and are aiming to create more greener, safer and efficient roads for
the people. In the given report, a development process of the project will be provided along with
which shareholders analysis as well as organisational structure will be provided. This report
covers analysis of possible risk which are needed to be taken in to consideration while preparing
for the project also description about quality expectations and specifications will be provided.

Developing network diagram
Network diagram helps the organisation in understanding several events and activities of
the project. It helps in understanding the efficient way of completing the task in a specific time
period and will also help the company in making connection in between the different activities of
the project (Jin and et. al., 2018). It is a visual presentation of the essential activities of the
project along with the time duration they are going to take in order to complete. The network
