PROJECT: A project constitutes a temporary set of actions
which are to be performed at the beginning and end of the
total time estimated with the necessary resources and a
defined scope (Lock, 2017).
Each and every project is:
• Unique
• Scheduled
• Consists of specific operations
• Goal oriented

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Project Management is the solicitation of tools, expertise and
different performances that are meant to achieve the desired
requirements of the project (Kerzner & Kerzner, 2017).
• A project management team usually comprises of members
from different organisations who come from multiple
geographies.
