Introduction
The paper mainly reflects on the construction of a Bungalow project. The main aim of the
paper is to focus on cost as well as quality management plan for the project. It is found that in
order to calculate the cost of the project, three-point estimation method is used. Moreover, the
paper utilizes a number of quality metrics in order to manage the quality of the Bungalow
project.
