Satisfaction of the client
The planners of the project “Rock-n-Bands” generally requires 12 weeks in order to
complete it successfully. However, the clients generally want to complete the arrangements
within 10 weeks that is 2 weeks before the festival. As the project activities are not completed
successfully within 10 weeks, the clients are not satisfied with the project. In order to satisfy the
clients, it is very much necessary to complete the entire project work within 10 weeks by
allocating resources properly within the project.
Answer to question number B
After proper allocation of resources, the expected timeframe of the client is met within
the project. It is identified that the entire project will be completed successfully within 10 weeks
as per the requirements of the client. The duration of the project after resource allocation is
reflected in the table below:
