Project management is defined as a process that focuses on managing the project
activities which leads to the achievement of all project goals. It is necessary for the timely
completion of the project as well as achieve the goals and objectives (San Cristóbal and et.al.,
2018). This report aims to produce a project which is focused on the virtual delivery system
of the University of Wales Trinity Saint David London campus. The university is planning to
gradually return the students and staff and then again start face to face delivery of lectures
after the long down as they want to return to normal situation. This report will cover the
investigation of the project, construction of the project management plan and critically
analyse of each and every element in the project management plan.

Investigation of the project
The project is about the University of Wales Trinity Saint David London campus that
switched from face to face delivery to online delivery of lectures due to the pandemic which
hits the UK in February 2020. It is identified that they continue to deliver the lectures online.
But recently universities switch to hybrid delivery in order to return to normality after the
lockdown (Armenia and et.al., 2019). Their hybrid delivery includes online as well as face to
face delivery of lectures so that students and staff start gradually returning for full-time face
to face delivery. Now for the achievement of this aim, the university is planning to make a
project management plan which helps them to achieve this project's aims and objectives.
There are some critical success factors which are identified that help to achieve the project
mission and goal. It includes the deliverables, clearly setting of goals and objectives, top
management support, experience and competent project team, etc.
Construction of the project management plan
It is necessary to understand the project management for the University of Wales
Trinity Saint David because it helps them to achieve the project aims and objectives. The
project management plan is defined as a document which includes all the important activities
which will perform in the future by the University. In order to achieve the project aims and
objectives, it is becoming necessary to consider all the core elements of project management
such as stakeholders, budget, risk, time, quality, human resource management,
communication, and many more elements of the project management plan. It is very
