1PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Introduction
In the upcoming week, I need to study some of the learning resources that have been
handed out by the lecturer. Moreover, there is a weekly test on Friday and hence, I must give
proper attention to the learning resources so that I perform well in the test. Additionally, there is
a team discussion scheduled on Wednesday that I need to participate in in order to discuss the
roadmap of the team project that we are involved in.
In addition to the academic work, I also need to go grocery shopping on Monday and do
the laundry positively by Tuesday.

The above table and the Gantt chart shows how I have planned for the week. I have taken
into considering all the activities (projects) that I need to fulfil in the upcoming week and divided
my team in order to incorporate all the activities within each day. I have also considered only 2
hours for each activity for the sake of estimation and any time saved will prolong my learning
time so that I am able to perform well in the weekly test.
