The paper reflects on repairing Western Australian tanks by a large multinational organization. The project that was undertaken faces number of issues and problems and therefore the project gets delayed by 10 days. The main problem that is faced by the organization is that they are unable to finish the work of the project within the time and as a result they face lot of difficulties in receiving the fuel from the shipments that is rescheduled. The issues that occur within the project can be mitigated by adopting strategies such as risk management, collaboration and motivation, and communication. The steps for achieving the objectives of the project are also listed. The constraints of the project which are achieved and the impact of mitigating the issues are elaborated.
