Work Breakdown Structure (WBS): Work Breakdown Structure can be defined as the key
product deliverable that can be developed by classifying the project in a stratified way. The WBS
visually forms the definition of the scope of the project in manageable chunks for making it easy
for the team to understand.
Precedence Diagram Method: Precedence diagram is a figuratively representation of the
project activities in a network form so that each of the box is termed as node and the line
connecting them acts a dependencies.
Critical Path: Critical Path is a sequence of the activities that consists of network packages in a
form that would involve the least possible slack. The path is a sequence of activities developed
for ensuring that the project is completed in the least possible time consumption.
