A local restaurant would like to put the business online and i am in the charge of this
project.
A scope of a project is a part of the planning of project that includes deciding and
documenting a list of the particular goals of project, functionalities, deliverables, tasks and
the cost (Hasan, 2018).
The following steps can develop the scope of the web-based project:
 Defining of the project: the project must be defined that is the creative brief of the project
should be defined
 Tasks of project: After the creative brief has been done, the scope of work must be listed
and the following areas should be listed. Setup of the project, architecture of information,
project launching and the tasks after launching.
 Preparation of the information architecture: The information architecture should be done
after the setup is done and the launch tasks are made ready. The structure of the website is
to be done (Koritsas, 2016). The wireframes of the websites are to e developed in order to
see the look of the websites
 Figuring the cost of the items and the time required: The cost of developing the website
must be figured and also the time required in order to complete the project and the client
should be communicated with the budget and the time required to give the project to the
client
 Getting the approval of client: the client approval must be taken before the project is
started either is a paper or digitally signed by both the parties.
 Start the work: The work must be started as the scope of the work is done and finish the
project within the budget and the timeline.

The online business interfaces are easy to develop using the softwares those are available
online that is the wireframe of the website and the functionalities of the website (Liang,
Wang & Zhang, 2017). The approach of the project is that the wireframe is to be developed
and after that, the website is to be developed.
