Introduction
Lizzie Leather belt Company has been expanding the business through developing a web
portal that will be helping in connectivity with the customers available online. This will be
helpful in reaching the customers globally and allowing them to avail the products and services
being offered. This report highlights on the project management approach that will be helpful in
delivering the objectives of the project, as it is one of the necessary element for the delivery of
the project. Other crucial component of the project delivery is the teamwork and this report
focuses on explaining the strengths and weaknesses of the teamwork.
Project Management Approach
According to Schwalbe (2015), for the development of the Web Portal, ‘Agile’
methodology can be suggested as the most appropriate approach for the successful development.
Utilizing other approach could be more complex and leaving certain sectors those could affect
the overall growth and development of the project. In manner to have higher efficiency, Agile
was supposed to be better than other methodologies. It will be helpful in meeting the goals of the
project of Web Portal development and will be effectively meeting with the business
requirements of the Lizzie Leather belt Company. It focuses on the accomplishment of the
project activities in a linear method and accomplishment of all the activities within the schedule.
It is also change acceptable and thus, new requirements approaching while delivery of the
project; it can be incorporated within the project in smooth manner (Whetten and Cameron
2014). It will also be helpful in managing the risks and uncertainties those could possibly affect
the growth of the project.

The activities mentioned in the above table will be helpful in delivering the project of
highest standard. It will be helpful in providing the customers best quality services through
eliminating all the glitches and bugs that might be raised in the project. Since a risk management
and monitoring and controlling activity has been incorporated, the project delivery will be of
highest quality (Kerzner and Kerzner 2017). Accomplishment of the above activities in an
efficient and effective manner will be helpful in managing the code quality if this transformation
within the existing system of the Lizzie Leather belt Company.
Strength of Team Work
Finkleman (2015) explained that the team would have many experiences as the team
member will be different backgrounds and will be helpful in managing the different sectors of
the job. Same had been stated by Laudon and Laudon (2016), explaining that the experiences
gain by them can be helpful in accomplishing the activities within the project in an effective and
efficient manner. Above discussion is helpful in stating that the workload can be subdivided
among them and hence, the job could be accomplished in less time and the efficiency can be
enhanced. It will allow in managing the activities in less interval of time through distributing the
workloads among the team members.
Weaknesses of Team Work
There is only one deficiency of the teamwork that can be stated as if an individual lags in
the accomplishment of hos or sector of the job whole team member will have to face the loss
(Abrahamasson et al. 2017). This is the one weakness however; it can affect the overall

development and growth of the proposed transformation within the existing system of the Lizzie
Leather belt Company.
Communication Plan
According to Laudon and Laudon (2016), brainstorming can be an effective approach
towards receiving the feedback and suggestion from the team members. Moreover, innovative
and unique approaches can be represented by the members through this process that can be
helpful in implementing innovation to the project.
Regular meetings with the team member can be appreciated for the accomplishment of
the effective communication with the team members. It will allow to listen to the problems and
suggestions from the team members.
Survey or individual meetings will ensure the privacy of the team members and they can
provide suggestions, solutions, or compliant without any hesitation. It will allow the team
members to present their problems and point of view without any pressure (Nicholas and Steven
2017).
Suggestion valet can also be implemented for getting reviews from them and get more
suggestions and approaches from their side. It will promote them to indulge more towards
enhancing the cooperation within the team.
Professional and Legal Issues
Hosting a Web Portal needs to be passed by several legislative processes that should must
be considered in the prior of launching the portal. The individuals might not feel appropriate of
leaving the traditional operational way and might not want to switch to the transformed scenario

(Conde et al. 2017). Proper training will be needed for the users to utilize the web portal in an
effective and efficient manner. Same concern was provided by Dingsoy et al. (2016) stating that
some of the individuals might not know how to use the portal and thus, it could affect the
effective implementation of the change. The privacy and security of the individuals should must
be provided the highest priority in manner to protect their privacy and security (Nazi et al. 2016).
Hosting the website at national and international level will have to make proper agreement with
the hosting company and the government. The new operational way should must comply with
the pre-existing policies of the company regarding the privacy and security of the individuals.
The Web Portal will be surely containing the personal and sensitive information of the
employees and customers and thus, it must comply with the privacy and security regulations of
the country.
Unauthorized access can be another issue that can be categorized in professional issues as
an unauthorized user might access the portal of another and utilize it for personal benefits
(Orenga and Chalmeta 2016). However, the individual might face the authorities for the deeds
that he is not known to. Proper firewall and protection should be implemented within the
business portal in manner to restrict the access and protecting the professional life of the
individuals.
Conclusion
The information provided in the above report can be helpful in managing the operations
and consideration of the aspects related to the implementation of cloud based web portal for the
Lizzie Leather belt Company and enhance the performance of the organization. This report
emphasizes on the mentioned activities involved in this implementation and accomplishing of
