execution of project. The current presentation is about the fashion retailer
Marks & Spencer who is planning to launch a special feature on shopping
app “customers look scanner”.

Project idea
Marks & Spencer is planning to launch a special feature to its current
shopping app for improving their shopping experience. For this it has
decided to add a special feature i.e. “customers look scanner” where a
visitor can open their web cam in order to scan their look and then try
dresses visually which shows dress that look best on them.

Role of team effectiveness for project
Team plays a significant role within the planning, execution and
management of project by implementing all their skills, capabilities
and knowledge for executing project effectively. The main role of
