INTRODUCTION
Project management is a process through which various practices has been induced such
as project initiation, planning, controlling, execution and closing of a working activities by which
accomplishment of goals and objectives is processed with better suitability. In this prior
objectives are attaining projected outcomes by which acceptance of various parameters is
dependent on final deliverables that constrained of timescale and budget (Kerzner, 2019). It is
basically an effective procedure that aid to complete every task and activities within stipulated
period of time. The prior objective of this report is to conduct an indoor sports event that is sort
of “Olympics” and also be known as QAHE games. The report below is based on a scenario of
indoor sporting of higher education institution. The report consists of project initiation
documentation, work breakdown structure and Gantt chart, risk registers as with support of risk
management plan and it is processed with the help of PRINCE 2 model.

It is a prior form in which significant artifacts in processed as per foundation of project
management. In consist of a lot of information that is used to acquire with support of starting a
project and also controlled environment of project as well. In this scope, success and
management basis is considered by which project is completed in timely frame.

It usually refers to a financial plan that is developed for a suitable period of time
and it consist of appropriate funding and cost that is utilized as after the
completion of task. In this budget of £20k to per institution is induced and in this
event around 10 higher education institution takes part.
Timescales It consists project that is completed within the time period of 8 months.
Objectives The major objective of project is as define below:
 To intensify the gaming activities by which indoor sports get promoted.
 To gain attention of student of different university that enhance

Approach In this PRINCE 2 model is used by which work and task is completed with
higher efficiency and accomplishment of goal also become easy (Shirley, 2020).
Key staff These are those individuals who take effective participation such as teachers,
student, project team and sponsor and employees of institution.
Stakeholder

It is an analysis in which effectual understanding about an individual who has
better relation and interest within the business. In this rate of productiveness is
increases and with this long term sustainability of project is achieved. It includes
two kind of stakeholder such as internal and external category. The stakeholders
of QAHE are directors, student, teacher that shows efficient interest within the
achievement of project.
There is different type of stakeholder such as students, teacher, teammates, principle,
contractors, suppliers, resource manager and government as they all have sustained level of
interest towards success and completion of project. The interest and interrelationship of
