Executive Summary
The main focus of the paper is to analyze the initial needs of the project by getting proper
idea about the construction of the project. The fitness centre that will be constructed by the
organization “Green apple gym” will provide proper facility of Gym to the workers and
school student. The paper utilizes PRINCE2 methodology for developing the plan of the
project which further reflects that the construction work will be completed in 154 days by
using $400,000. In addition to this, the paper also analyzes the project and quality related
issues.

1. Introduction
The main focus of the paper is to construct a fitness and lifestyle centre for Green
apple gym for improving the health of the people of local communities. The company has
acquired a land that is located near the railway station in Sydney and it is also few minutes
away from the high school. It is identified that the construction of the Gym will be helpful in
giving a number of options for doing exercise on daily basis for the workers and the students.
The main important features that are provided by the Gym include indoor fitness group as
well as personal training services including cardio room. The floor size for the room will be
around 1240 sq. In addition to this, the fitness centre will generally provide the facility of
locker room for keeping personal belongings. In order to construct the fitness centre, the
“Green Apply Gym” generally wants to do the design works. It is found that for undertaking
the construction work, it is quite important to use PRINCE2 project methodology which is
considered as one of the procedure based method that is mainly used in order to manage the
work of the project quite effectively. In addition to this, the work of construction will get
completed within $400,000.
2. Methodology
The project utilizes PRINCE2 project methodology. It is found that the PRINCE2
methodology generally helps in diving the project into a number of stages and thus it makes
the schedule easier for proper management. Each stage of the project lifecycle are reviewed
effectively for making sure that the undertaken project is very much feasible and it generally
helps in delivering proper value to the entire organization (Mousaei and Javdani 2018).
Furthermore, the use of this specific methodology generally helps in analyzing all the
requirement of the project including client review, site inspection, flooring, paining, installing
equipment, creating blueprint and the activities that undertake the construction work.
