The work ofthe organisation is to provide fuel to the surrounding states located around the Australia. Theorganization own various stores in the systems (Fleming & Koppelman, 2016). The project will focus on the part that the tankmust be working all time thought the repairing project. The project schedule and the workingstyle is also provided in the research.Body:Implementation plan:In order to make the project happen one has to complete the following tasks for theprocess of completion of the project:Task 1:The capacity of the tank is approximately one billion litres, which is the maximumamount of the patrol that can be kept in the tank. But if the tank is entirely filled up then thereare risk about the breaking of the tank. In order to avoid such circumstances the entire tank isnot always filled up. Due to old age of the tank there are certain small cracks and crevasses inthe tank though which the patrols is leaking (Harrison & Lock, 2017). This needs to be filledup in order to reduce any of the loss. Of the organisation. There are 4 steel pacts which needsto be filled up with and make nessecery changes in the tank. Also there are 4 steel anchorsthat are needed to be fitted which will help the workers work above the tank in case. Also theentire tank is to be cleaned and from the inside in order to remove any of the contamination.

PROJECT MANAGMENT3Other than this the entire tank is to be painted blue in order to reduce the heat generating fromthe tanks. Also the colour blue is environmental friendly. Other than this the tank is also to befilled up by during the entire processes of the repair. The capacity of the tank is 1million litreand can be filled up entirely in 4 to 6 hours, therefore the workers will get at most of 4 hoursof time to complete the repair process and then the tank has be filled up (Heldman, 2018).There is huge chance off miss scheduling of the entire tsk and the risk is to be taken in orderto get the work done. After the completion of the task the tank last up to the next 40 yearwithout any further repair work. Tank 2:This tank is slightly bigger than the tank one and has a capacity of holding 3 millionlitters of unleaded petrol. This tank also is also having some of the major defects that isneeded to be filled up urgently and repaired. This needs to be filled up in order to reduce anyof the loss. Of the organisation. There are 4 steel pacts which needs to be filled up with andmake nessecery changes in the tank.
