INTRODUCTION
This report focuses on importance of project management in an organization and how project
management in an organization can be effective for maximizing productivity and profitability of
organization. This report is based on Astra plc and focuses on how managing organization can
launch their application for health and care effectively and efficiently. Astra plc is a British-
Swedish multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation headquartered in
Cambridge, England, on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. Its product range includes
treatments for cancer, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disease, infection, neuroscience,
infectious disease, and inflammation. It is perhaps best known for its role in Astra plc providing
vitamin and health supplements to people which can make them healthier and better.

The division of work to be done under a contract or subcontract in the completion of a project,
usually split out into separate tasks with deadlines, is known as a scope of work (SOW). It is
explained as scope of work and about "Scope of Work," it is usually referring to the document
the details that is based on division of labor. Discrepancies between the agency and the client on
the following topics are one of the most common issues that arise during the project life cycle.

This is a cause of a lot of misunderstanding, and it can lead to implementation delays or, even
worse, the project's full cancellation and legal action. Any milestones, updates, or deliverables
