Training and development in the organization seems to be important while through which
the employee and organization can easily make sure about their high impact over the business.
Through which they think that employee must be have skills and knowledge about the various

et.al., 2020). Tesco is multi supermarket chain and operates in various countries. Along with
having high range of products and services for their customer. This report explain about the
views of the various authors and research methodology through which it come to know about the
various research methods that have been used in the research.
Background
While having the training and development process in the organization which might be
led for having the better future aspects. Furthermore, the business can also seems to be have the
growth and make their more development for which they can easily make sure about high impact
over their business (Shrestha, 2020). Moreover, the impact over the business in which the
organization can have their high power for working the employee while having the skills and
knowledge. As training and development program seems to be important in which they can
easily make sure about those things which might be important for being the employee.

future aspects. Hence, this might be main reason for selecting this topic which must be help the
people for knowing about the importance of training and development which leads to having the
better employee performance.
