INTRODUCTION
A project plan is defined as systematic process which is require proper steps which
are to be used in further project for successfully achieving desired goals and objectives. It is
necessary to have proper planning while developing project because without effective plan it
is not possible to achieve mission and vision. Project name is Biodegradable packaging and
main idea is to save environment from getting affected by use of plastic. In project plan,
certain phases are included which are aims & objectives, problem statement, literature and
secondary data and timeline for each activity.
Project aims & objectives
Project main objective is to safeguard the environment from pollution and waste/
garbage. Environment is suffering from pollution which is to be minimised at rapid
level.
To protect practices and sustainability of agricultural resources as well as sources in
the entire field.
To reduce use of plastic in industry sector by using non-renewable resources.
To create awareness amongst the people to live with pollution free environment.
Problem Statement
Every project is start with motive of solving problems and issues to a particular field.
In this main problem which arises is that to adopt biodegradable packing more resources are
to be used which again affects environment and its surroundings. By going through this
project, new ideas and thoughts are generated so that resources are used at minimum level
(Medina-Jaramillo, 2017).
Literature and secondary data
Packaging is important for protecting foods, goods, product from getting affected by
diseases or any other man – made activities. Mostly in FMCG sector, plastics are used at
depth by using of various resources. Bio plastics are essential part of biodegradable
packaging as said by (Marichelvam- fibres 2019). He also stated that there various ways by
which biodegradable plastics are developed such as corn and starch based thermo bio-
plastics. (Marichelvam, M.K., 2019).
Secondary Data
During this project, secondary data has been used. It is method in which secondary
sources are used to collect as well as gather information about the particular field. So, herein
this project researcher has selected books, online sources and journals for gathering data.
Through this method a brief knowledge about project and filed has been analysed.

CONCLUSION
Biodegradable packaging has been a taken as mission by many organisation to protect
the environment and people. It is crucial to provide effective measures so that decisions are
made accordingly. Furthermore, during this project plan relevant sources have been used to
achieve reliable information. Also, problems has been analysed at depth regarding plastics,
sunlight, and agricultural practices. Thus, decision making is done after going through these
above challenges at deeper level. Hence, market research has been done at wider as well as
broader level for gaining depth knowledge about the field.
