INTRODUCTION
The project plan refers to a series of activities that are related with the development of
project. Under project plan a series of activities are steps are determined that would lead to the
development of product or outcome (BUI, TSAI and SCHNIEDERS, 2020). This report will
discuss about the project plan along with its various aspect including the concerned risk and
mitigation strategies. Project success factors would also be a part of this report.

Gantt chart refers to a chart that depict the series of activities which are being adopted and

PROJECT SCOPE
App design:
The design of the app is very important for the project. this is because if the app design
would be complicated then it will not be acceptable by the customers and the result would be the
affection towards the company’s sales and profit. The app would be designed in such a manner
that its main features would be presentable at its front page which would be user friendly. In the

same way with the customer friendly user interface the app would be able to serve the need of
the customers.
The launch cost of the app would tried to be minimum so that the company would get the
maximum profit. The app would be developed within a period of 3 months so the average cost
that would be incurred would be around £9000 for the installation of the app. In the same way
the cost would be made as per the expenses and benefits that would be derived from the app so
that the company along with the user will get better experience.
