PROJECT DETAILS
Project Name Renovation of Head Office of Superior Implements (SIM
Co.)
Purpose The primary purpose of the project work would be based on bringing in
improvements with the help of renovation phase. The renovation within
the kitchen and bathroom would help in improving the situation of the
office.
Project Objectives The objectives of the project includes:
1. Bringing in changes within the new office structure
2. Implementing new facilities within the office
3. Renovation changes would be made within a certain period of time.
Relationship to
Organisational Objectives
The project objectives that would be in relation to the organisational
objectives would be as:
1. To improve the working conditions of the office
2. To improve the work culture of the office and employees
3. Implementation of new facilities within the office
PROJECT DELIVERABLES
Specific – Change within the structure of the organisation based on bringing renovation
changes within the specific sectors of the organisation.
Measurable – Feedback would be gathered from the employees based on measuring
the success of the organisation.
Achievable – The renovation changes within the organisation would be achieved

Realistic – Every small changes within the organisation would be made as soon as
possible. They would also be achieved in within the project plan.
Timely – The specific requirement within the project would be measured in a timely
basis as per the plan described.
ASSUMPTIONS
 The works of renovation within the kitchen would be completed within the deadline
 The budget would be perfect for the project
CONSTRAINTS
 Unavailability of resources would lead to stop of work over the project
 Lack of employees during the renovation phase would lead to completion of
project after the deadlines.
EXCLUSIONS
 The entire flooring would not be covered during the renovation phase
 Furniture would not be renovated within the project.
INCLUSIONS
 The project would incur the best contractor to decide over the project plan
 The bathroom and kitchen would be renovated by including the most important
requirements that had been defined previously.
