Information Inc.

months. The start date of the plan is 28th
March, 2018 and end date is 28th September,
2018.
Business Requirements
The strategic goal of Intelligent Information Inc. is to use of big data and purchase of big data
analytics package. The business is required to hire consultant to identify the analytical packages.
The organization gains access to the internal data sources throughout the system of IT
department.
Project Objectives
The business objectives of Intelligent Information Inc. to plan this project are:
 To implement series of big data analytic solutions for each business areas
 To identify project requirements for continuation of program of big data analytics
 To hire of consultants for identification of big data analytics packages
 To do transition of system from projects to the production
Project Scope Statement
The scope of this project work is to implement and purchase of big data analytics package for
Intelligent Information Inc. The big data package helps the business to achieve real time results

by going through data analysis. The in-scope statement is that it helps to save cost, better sales
insights and detection of fraud. The out-scope statement is that it keeps the customers trends and
improves their customer service dramatically.

accounting program.
Risks and issues I. The risk is interested into detection of fraud and its prevention.
At the time of implementing big data analytics, privacy risk is
the main issue for the business organization. There are
catastrophic data breaches at the business which hampers the
brand reputation of Intelligent Information Inc.
II. There is potential loss over control of the personal information.
While accessing the personal information, there is need to take
permission.
III. The risk that the information about big data analytics collected
for the commercial purposes are not treated into fair manner.
IV. There is also risk of data breaches which impact and provide a
reputational damage in addition to loss of the business.
