1.Project DefinitionThe paper mainly focuses on the “Sunrise Restaurant” that wants toexpand their business by utilizing the facilities of digital technology within thebusiness. It is found that in order to expand their business and for targeting wideraudience the higher authority of the organization decides to launch a websitewith integration of social media within the organization. It is found that launchinga website with social media integration will be helpful for the Sunrise restaurantas it will not only helps the organization in targeting wider audience but alsoassists in gaining credibility, saving money as well as will be helpful in informingthe customers by providing accessibility 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.Problem Statement The Sunrise restaurant is facing lot of challenges due to competitiveadvantage. The other competitors of sunrise restaurant utilizes website fortargeting audience and for providing online service to the customers. It is foundthat the customers prefers restaurant that provide more updated service and as aresult it is creating negative impact on the business of the sunrise restaurant asthe number of customers are decreasing day by day. In order to gain competitiveadvantage and for targeting wider audience the higher authority of theorganization decided to launch a website for the restaurant with integration ofsocial media.Project StrategyThe main strategy of the project is to finish the tasks as well as activitiesof the project on time and within the approved budget. This strategy is mainlyutilized within the project in order to complete the website launch within the timethat is assumed by the project manager in the initial project phase. This strategyis quite helpful in finishing the project within the expected time without creatingany type of issues or challenges.Project ObjectivesThe objectives of the project are as follows:To investigate the digital technology impact on the restaurant business environment performanceTo determine the advantages of digital technologies that generally have proper relationship with Sunrise restaurant business activitiesTo identify the challenges of digital technologies that generally influences the entire performance of the restaurant3
