exquisite Thai Cuisines. The Restaurant provides with Traditional Thai flavours that differentiate
it from rest of the local restaurants. The restaurant is run efficiently by the managers and the
other key members. The restaurant is planning to relocate its operations from Hampstead to
Kennington (The Little Thai.2017).

The purpose of this report is to analyse the project plan related to the expansion and relocation of
the restaurant. A proper plan is necessary to initiate the purpose of project planning and
expansion. The majority of operations need to be carried in a systematic way by generating link
