Project goals
St. Dismas’ Medical Centre has two main goals. These goals include both short-term and long
run strategy.
 The short-term goal is to ensure that the facility offers more cost-effective service when
delivering inpatient care.
 The long-term goal is to advance new programs as well as services that will exploit on
the current, and high competent analysis therapy to provide the medical Centre an
excellent brand name.
Project objectives
The objective of St. Dismas Medical Centre include:
 To enlarge the campus Medical Centre service delivery to take into account an assisted
living facility that will take care of the aging population. The expansion of the facility
will increase the number of inpatient units by ensuring that there is a location for aging
people.
 To strengthen the medical facility’s attention on reimbursable protective and wellness
programs of the recovering elderly populace.
Project scope statement
The purpose of this project is to construct and open a sponsored facility at St. Dismas
Medical Centre. The project is approximated to cost approximately between $8.5 Million and
