TASK 1 Aim of the project: To analyse the role of digital marketing technology for enhancing the productivity in marketing functionality of the organization: A case study on Truffles Bakers and Confectioner Ltd. Objectives for the Research: ď‚·To understandthe conceptof thedigitalmarketingtechnologyfor themarketing performance. ď‚·To asses the importance of digital marketing technology for commercialization purpose. ď‚·To investigate at what extent does this technology is helpful for the Truffles bakers organization. Project management plan: Scope of the project: Digital marketing platform is broad in its aspect, it provides the various channels which can be digital advertising, social media platform, email and mobile marketing etc. It is helpful to provide the better marketing options to the organization which can be implemented for the better productivity of the firm (Bibarsov, Khokholova and Okladnikova, 2017). Each digital marketing channel are efficient to provide the peak range of customers and also enable the organization to measure their product performance on these digital platform. Task required for the project: The activities can be budget planning which is for making the investment in the project, aim selection is the main aspect which provide the lead to move forward. To analyse the stakeholder for the project for fund-raising, to contact with the manufacturer or suppliers who deliver good quality raw materials in the market it is beneficial to select more vendors as it is easier for the negotiation of the price (Farashah, Thomas and Blomquist,2019). Labour force to allocate the resources to them to carry out the operation, most importantly time management to deliver the project on time without delay.

When buyers are induces in term of having the samples. This results in impacting their purchasing power. Take feedbacks-The customers are one of the prior element of the business. Considering their feedback and working upon that opens up various opportunities for the firm. (Milner and Furnham, 2017).The organization must take the feedback from the customers regarding the service and taste. And that feedback should be considered while making next step. This results in gaining the favour of the customers towards the organization. Adding new baked treats-Customers gets distract when they receive the same kind of taste. Therefore, it is important to add new flavours in the products so, the customer's attention can be gained for over a long period of time. Reflection of the project planning This project leads to have the better understanding of the tools that are used in order to make interaction with the customers. The different stages in the project planning process helped in parting the work of whole project in different parts. This enabled me in focusing on each part particularly. The proper use of digital marketing approach has been made for the Truffle bakery. The main obstacles that were faced while implementing the plans were, there are large number of customers and all of those have different set of thinking. These different set of thinking refers to different mentality.(SIDDIQUE, 2018). And it is not easy to understand all of these mentalities individually, Therefore, the concept of understanding the consumer behaviour has been adopted. This helped in overcoming the problem. Apart from this, the another obstacle that has been faced was arranging the sources on the basis of the customer's demand. As the taste of the customers keeps changing therefore, it was hard to stuck on single method. In order to solve this problem, the market research was done. This helped in knowing the demand and aspects of the customers and on the basis of that, the planning has been made and the resources has been acquired. (Kurdi, Alshurideh and Alnaser, 2020).Thisresultsinmaintainingthe satisfactionof the customersalongwith maintaining the resources. This collectively results in the establishment of the project planning in effective manner.
