INTRODUCTION
Project planning is defined as an initial step in project management in which necessary
documentations are to make sure that the project is completed in successful way. Documentation
consist of all the actions needed to define, develop, integrate and coordinate additive plans
(Davis and Comeau, 2020). This report is based on Debouge Tech Ltd. which is an information
technology company that offers technological solutions to customers. The firm is going to attend
London Technology and AI Trade Show which will held in six months, in August 2020 to
demonstrate its latest technological solutions. This report covers information about business
case company and the sector it operates within. Apart from this, Rationale for exhibiting,
milestones of project plan, potential return on investment, plan of project and budget, gantt chart
and work breakdown structure of plan are included. At last, a brief summary based on entire
report as conclusion is provided in the project.

Debouge Tech Ltd. is a firm that offers information technology Services, photography
and web design services to individual or businesses. The company was founded in year 1997
and is located in Old Stratford, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. The company offers its
products and services in information technology sector and is highly committed to administer
excellent IT services to all the businesses operate in the industry. The company wants to bring
latest innovation for businesses to resolve their issues related to warehouse management and
logistics (Wang and Wang, 2019). For this, Debouge Tech Ltd. develops a new technological
solution named as 'Warehouse Robotics Technology' by creating smart robots and customized
software. This technology helps businesses in resolving the issues related to warehouse. This
Warehouse Robotics Technology helps businesses in managing their warehouse operations
effectively. The main reason behind bringing this technological solution is growing needs of
warehouse operations management. The smart robots and customized software assist in
