INTRODUCTION
Project planning is defined as an initial step in project management in which necessary
documentations are to make sure that the project is completed in successful way. Documentation

technology company that offers technological solutions to customers. The firm is going to attend
London Technology and AI Trade Show which will held in six months, in August 2020 to
demonstrate its latest technological solutions. This report covers information about business
case company and the sector it operates within. Apart from this, Rationale for exhibiting,
milestones of project plan, potential return on investment, plan of project and budget, gantt chart
