planning, project scope, project success and project risk. There is development of Astra PLC new
application, it is a diversified resource organisation (Rush, 2018). The main motive of the brand
is to secure the supply chain of raw materials to the steel industry. Present report is based on
preparation of project plan, analysing of project success that can help in the process of achieving
the laid aims and objectives.
2.0 Project plan
For the purpose of creating of a project plan it is very important to analyse various activities
based on the time duration that is allotted to each activity. Such as in initial stages it will include
approval plan, drawing of plan, studying of market, market strategy, preparation of prototype of
the app, materials, facilitates, internal production function, evaluation of the strategies. Further
there is ficus on marketing aspect (Bhowmik and et.al., 2018). Each activity is associated with a
specific time duration then further it will help in the process of completion of the various set of
activities as per specified time period. For this purpose there will be use of Gantt chart in order to
