Introduction
Astra plc is one of the small sized company which is dealing in vitamin and mineral
based food supplements. They are looking to expand their business by launching their health and
fitness application in next three months. This report consist of project plan, scope, risk and
success of the plan.
The Project Plan
The project plan started with designing of the application that is health and fitness
application. There is a need of quality of a application (Chi, 2021). As of quality is approved
then, the app is also being sue by customer in effective manner. Further, cost is associated with
the plan which is needed to execute all the activities in effective. The overall cost needed for
completing this project is about $600. Then it needs three months to complete this project on
given time period. It will be done through using of Gantt chart. Further, resources like customer
consent, stationary, time and secondary analysis is needed to complete it in effective manner.
Project Scope
The scope of this project is to provide customers a well bring and healthy life so that they
could be away from diseases. This will helps in development of customer morale. It will be
started with the designing of the application, as how the design will be made and what cost is
associated with every activity needed. Further, social media integration is needed as managers of
Astra plc will promote their application on social media in order to enhance their customer bases
(Giroux, 2021). Thereafter, in app purchase will be needed and it is having some of the
techniques that could be used by customers. The potential customers of the company will be
youngsters, retired persons, athletes and parents etc.
Then app customisation is needed by the managers, there is a need of customisation of
various features in the applications. Some of the features like record of weights and running and
other features. Then testing of the application is done, after completion of the the customisation
of the features, these helps in attracting customer towards the products (Goodyear, Andersson
and Varea, 2021). Further, it includes launching of the application, as when products is being
tested in the market then it results in launching of the app in market and in front of customers.
