PRODUCT PROPOSAL
1.1 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Sky dine is the newly designed tourism product experience for the location in
Vancouver, Canada and it will be used to target a specific group of individual who are known
to be present within the tourism market. This vibrant sky dining will give the tourists a
stunning fly dining experience. Varieties of food shall be served to the tourists that are sure to
please each and every one right from the families with children to the newly married couples
for intimate dining experience. The tourists shall watch the greenery all around the city, the
airy atmosphere while enjoying the fresh cocktails and special wines that would be prepared
expertly. This product targets to meet the needs of a specific consumer segment; this segment
majorly constitutes the local and foreign tourist who will be able to visit quite some tourist
attraction sites. It is especially meant for their refreshment as they encounter various
conditions of tourism activities in Vancouver, British Columbia. Furthermore, the price of
Sky dining will fall into different categories to enable every personality to have the potential
of gaining access to it irrespective of the class that an individual falls. This means that it is a
product that aims towards performing various duties across large populations without
discriminating anyone at all (Füller, Hutter & Faullant, 2011). Its primary focus is to ensure
that the goals of customer satisfaction are achieved adequately and reliably.

The name of the company is “Northern Exposures”. It has started its journey just eight
months back and has organised over 50 tours till date with about 450 of tourists. Majority of
the tourists have a positive review of the services and hospitality provided by the brand. It has
started to popularise among the people who seek for adventures and best quality services
without concerning about the price issues. Therefore, this organisation engage a huge number

of guides, and they employ local people who can guide in visiting the tourists' destinations
and help the tourists to take part in adventurous activities. With the same, they also focus on
the needs of each and every individual tourists throughout the travelling period in order to
ensure that they get the ultimate satisfaction. Aforementioned, it is a brand that will be able to
accommodate every class of the targeted customers through an adequate provision of various
price ranges that can be afforded by everyone interested in making a purchase (Albinsson,
Perera & Sautter, 2016).

The slogan that will be attached to this brand is ‘Quality services ahead of the rest.'
This is a slogan that clearly shows how the brand is determined towards giving quality
services to all its customers. It is a slogan that can be easily understood by everyone and
therefore minimizes any chance that is related to the confusion that might occur during
various operations. It also shows how the brand is determined towards giving quality services

1.2.5 Vision and design for this experience
The vision of this brand is to become a market leader in the field of tourism industry
of Canada by establishing its name as one of the most prominent tourism organisations in
Canada. The company wants to build up the brand name as the best. It seeks for ensure that
there is appropriate and reliable customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales of the
product and service provided by the company. This vision aims towards bringing on board
quite some positive benefits (Tseng & Chiang, 2016). The very first to mention is that of
gaining a solid reputation by building strong brand image in Canada thereby giving it a
perfect opportunity of gaining popularity
across a large population of the targeted
customers. The company is also
concerned about gaining and attracting
potential customers for increasing the
business operation across different
boundaries.
As stated earlier, British Columbia is the
selected location where the tourists would
be introduced with our new idea of Sky

dinning. British Columbia is the second most popular destinations in Canada as per the year
(Mowforth & Munt, 2015). Hence, it is likely that they will enjoy the vibrant sky dining and
give them a stunning view of the greenery around Vancouver from Dinning in the Sky,
Vancouver in British Columbia. Varieties of food shall be served to them that are sure to
please everyone.
Design: The main target market of
the service would be the local and foreign
tourist who will be able to visit quite some
tourist attraction sites. It is especially
meant for their refreshment as they
encounter various conditions of tourism
activities in British Columbia. However, it
is to note that the first priority in the
process of designing is to arrange them in
different categories. There will be a total
of three categories- the newly married
couples, the ones with families and the
young generation. A total of 30 individual visitors will be facilitated with the service. An
open top bus with comfortable sitting facilities will be used along with a total of 3 tour guides
who will look after the requirements of the three tourist categories. Also there will be 5 local
people of British Columbia who know the nearby places properly. The driver will be
responsible for sending back all of them safely after completing the tour. It will be a tour of 9
hours. At first they will be taken to the famous Vancoouver Acquarium After then, we will
be moved to Capilano Suspension Bridge, which is the landmark bridge in the treetops. A
total of 6 destinations are selected as spots to hold on. The next ten of them are the the
Granville Island, the Gastown, The
Stanley Park (that has a sprawling
urban park with mesmerizing
seawall), and finally the Dinning in
the Sky. All these places are famous
for attractive adventure activities in
and around Vancouver and British
Columbia. However, at some point
