used to face certain problems which required different approaches so that they could be solved
on time and customer satisfaction can be enhanced. At Betfred I applied various approaches so

company so that high quality standards can be set which can help in monitoring the quality of
various procedures of shop so that customers can be satisfied with high quality products and
services provided to them. With the help of benchmarking and KPIs I was effectively able to
enhance the standard and quality of products of shop so that the problems related with sales can
be improved. I also implemented advanced technologies in company like RFID so that the
procedures of company could be monitored and theft in company could be reduced. It also
helped in monitoring the inventory of company so that the supply chain of company can be

I had to prioritize various work so that the targets can be achieved on time. This helped me in
simplifying the work and completing it strategically based on priorities so that the most

points where I had to persuade team members to agree on my view point like while measuring

work can be completed accordingly and all the member can perform their duties effectively. I
also used the method of participative leadership so that the team members could take part in

During my old project I was able to use my knowledge and skills so that I could complete
the project in desired manner along with developing continuously so that I could become
efficient in my career. However during the project I identified there were various areas which
