Executive Summary
This project is an attempt to know how business ethics affect an organisation and its
operations. In the first part of the report, a case study of Apple Inc has been undertaken on the
lawsuit against slowing down previous models of iPhones. Concept of corporate governance and
the ethical issues being faced by the company are discussed during the course of the report.
During the report, normative and descriptive theories of business ethics have been examined and
the best approaches for an ethical conduct that should be followed are determined. In the last part
of the project, stakeholder’s perspective with respet to ethical and unethical practices of a
business organisation have been considered and evaluated.
