Although it is important to deliver a project within the approved time to meet
Stakeholder expectation. However, it not only involves meeting the project schedule and
appropriate time for delivery to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. It also involves ensuring
Quality of the product that is being delivered to the stakeholders. However, in order to deliver
quality product it requires certain Strategies and steps to be followed to achieve required
quality standards. This involve quality management plan which include Quality Assurance
process, extensive monitoring along with superior control on the quality of the product.
Activities regarding quality management plan is described in details in this context. Details
about quality control process is provided in the quality assurance and quality control
discussion provided in this report. It provides details about tools and techniques required in
controlling quality, which is essential for ensuring overall project quality. discussion about
quality control tolls include type of tools need to be considered, how to apply those tools,
when to apply those tools and what are their importance in project execution, especially in
terms of managing quality aspect of a project. It is not only about knowledge about these
tools that is required in this context, it is also about applying these tolls effectively. Hence
testing is an important party of quality control activities. Testing required for website design

Planning Phases A proper project management plan detailing all the project
related activities will be designed. The project manager will
assess this plan so that it is consistent with project scope and

In order to ensure effective communication in the project
and thus ensuring transparency in the project, interview will
be arranged whenever required. However, in order to ensure
that the meeting is effective, proper meeting agenda will be
defined and this will be sent to the stakeholders, taking part
in the meeting through email with detailed description of
important topic that will be discussed in the meeting. Along
with that, meeting minutes will also be designed for
recording upcoming tasks and important discussion in the
