International strategic alliance is considered to be a collaborative arrangement among
various companies that are headquartered in various countries. As majority of present studies are
related to international strategic alliance that are formed among foreign companies as well as a
local company. As contribution in international business provides various countries and benefit
which is associated with proportional advantage (Hutt and Speh, 2021). International business is
basically said to be very stimulating condition in business factor as it is majorly related with
crucial things which are enabled with international companies along with government with cross-
border transactions that consists of importing, national movement as well as exporting of product
and services along with licensing and franchising. And it also consists of investment which is
made financial along with permanent asset of foreign countries. As there are different factors that
are required to be completed by every individual before beginning their international business
practices such as social aspect, vision policies, economic factor and so on. This report is based
on international strategic business alliance of British airways that has headquartered in United
Kingdom and established in 1974 in leadership of British association government. As there is
formulation of British airways which is performed by configuration of British overseas

alliance is basically terms to be a collaborative arrangement among two or more than two
administrations along with their headquarters that are located in various countries. In terms of
partnership of companies, it generally relies on generation of strategic alliance along with their
relationship that are persistent in terms of market strategies which could be differentiated in
various course in relation to United Kingdom airline company. As generation of cooperative as
