Brum Brew is a medium-sized craft brewery which is based in Birmingham. The said company operates its functional area
with strength of 75 staffs and is currently in 5th year of operations. The said firm is facing some issues in accordance to their decision
which was taken in regards to automate its business by installing the SAP business One ERP cloud-based solutions. In addition to this,
company managers undertook the strategy to install Finance Purchasing and Stock & Distribution modules to marry up to their
existing point of sales system Zettle and thus regulate their ERP system (Aanbari and Kwak, 2018).
Reflecting to the provided case study for the company, given firm have continued to expand their market operations with
increased number of manpower. It was being observed that, undertaken software technology didn't complied well to their core
operational process technology. In its inclusion, 365 office suite that is currently used at Brum Brew is not compatible as well as is
found to be rigid and limiting the productivity of the business firm. Furthermore, stated problem is also found to be complex as it lacks
flexibility in terms of working in uncertain and complex business environment. Being Financial Manager for the stated company a
project plan will be set that will facilitate improvement change to regulate productive operations of the corporate firm (El Mariouli and
Laassiri, 2018).

facilitate learning mechanism by drawing detailed illustration of problem components.
