Besides that, theprimary aim is to provide recommendations to shareholders of the selected case studyorganisation , Asda, as well as senior management of a particular organization to createstrategies to beat their rivals(An assessment of the Small Business Innovation Researchprogram, 2004).Research QuestionsWhat are the issues of employee’s job satisfaction on organizational performance?What strategies needs to be followed to solve these issues?What are the impacts of employee retention and employee turnover?Produce appropriate recommendation to Asda.IntroductionThe organization considered here is Asda. In international business, most of the organizations arefacing serious challenges during the workflow. Organizations such as Asda is facing issues likeemployee retention problems as well as their job satisfaction. The research is about dealing withthese problems and to satisfy the employees so that Asda can continue to forward theirorganizational aims and objectives. There are various issues like job security, communicationproblems, ethical and cultural problems between the employees, lack of teamwork, badrelationship with co-workers and so on the impact the organization adversely(Kelley andPage3of19

Besides, thirty-seven percent revealing that they wereincredibly fulfilled and fifty-one percent detailing that they were to some degree fulfilled.Moreover, quantitative and qualitative data collection method are considered here for collectingdata and information about the issues. Primary and secondary research are also done here.Qualitative Research:Qualitative research is called field explore which ordinarily incorporateshands-on work.
