Besides that, the primary aim is to provide recommendations to shareholders of the selected case study organisation , Asda, as well as senior management of a particular organization to create strategies to beat their rivals(An assessment of the Small Business Innovation Research program, 2004).Research QuestionsWhat are the issues of employee’s job satisfaction on organizational performance?What strategies needs to be followed to solve these issues?What are the impacts of employee retention and employee turnover?Produce appropriate recommendation to Asda.Introduction The organization considered here is Asda. In international business, most of the organizations arefacing serious challenges during the workflow. Organizations such as Asda is facing issues like employee retention problems as well as their job satisfaction. The research is about dealing with these problems and to satisfy the employees so that Asda can continue to forward their organizational aims and objectives. There are various issues like job security, communication problems, ethical and cultural problems between the employees, lack of teamwork, bad relationship with co-workers and so on the impact the organization adversely(Kelley and Page 3 of 19
