Project title
To provide the training to employees on modifications made in policies and procedures of
Wollongong to add operations of Newcastle Store
Project purpose
The purpose the report is to bring positive changes and making the environment better in The
Newcastle store.

Project objectives
The project objectives should be aligned to the organisation’s strategic context, including:
 Mission: The mission of the project is to increase the work efficiency of employees and
also improve the culture of New Castle store, so that the firm can grow and establish their
market share.
 Goals: The project goal is successful implementation of policies that has already been
implemented in Wollongong store(Meyer and et.al., (2015).
 Objectives: The objective of the project is to make the operational management of
Newcastle company better. The main aim is to increase the productivity and efficiency of
the organization.
 Operations:
 Organisational structure: The organizational structure which will be followed in New
Castle store is hierarchical structure. In this all employees will work under one major
head that is COO of organization. Every manager will be assigned with proper duties so
that they can implement new policies adequately.
